Shane Talbert – Operating Partner / General Manager
Shane Talbert serves as Operating Partner / General Manager for Republic Powersports, overseeing all three locations, including Austin. His 23-year powersports retail career began at Woods Fun Center in Central Texas, where he progressed from sales through F&I, Sales Manager and General Manager. He later relocated to DFW to lead a Harley-Davidson dealership to a top-10 U.S. ranking, then became an operating partner and managed six stores for the same group. Shane has now returned to Central Texas and is present across the Republic locations daily as part of the group’s owner-operator model.
